Artwork Coordinator with Development Opportunities in Packaging & Specifications

Your mission

  • You will create and maintain artwork and packaging material specifications while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • You will coordinate closely with international manufacturers, suppliers and, where required, printing partners to ensure the successful implementation of artwork projects.
  • You will ensure the technical and regulatory compliance of labels, cartons and package leaflets throughout the product lifecycle.
  • You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Quality Management and external partners to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of packaging artworks across a variety of projects.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of our artwork and packaging processes.
  • You will support international projects and occasionally travel to manufacturing and production sites across Europe.
  • In addition, you will contribute to modern and forward-looking packaging and artwork solutions within a dynamic and international environment.
  • Your role will involve structured collaboration across departments as well as the pragmatic implementation of new requirements in day-to-day business.

Your profile

  • You have completed training in a commercial, scientific, technical or pharmaceutical field.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, project management, quality management, regulatory affairs, packaging management or a comparable environment.
  • You are confident in using common MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an advantage.
  • You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent manner.
  • You demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills as well as a collaborative mindset.
  • You have a strong quality awareness and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in artwork management or the packaging sector.
  • Experience in handling print data, packaging materials or artwork management systems is desirable.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as the pharmaceutical, medical device or food industry is an advantage.
  • You have an interest in technical and regulatory topics related to packaging and packaging materials.
