Specialist Artwork & Packaging Specifications

Your mission

  • In this role, you will be a specialist in pharmaceutical packaging materials, artwork processes and manufacturer requirements.
  • You will create and maintain artwork and packaging material specifications in compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
  • You will coordinate closely with international manufacturers, packaging suppliers and, where required, printing partners to ensure the accurate implementation of artwork projects.
  • You will ensure the technical and regulatory compliance of labels, cartons and package leaflets throughout the product lifecycle.
  • You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Quality Management and external partners to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of packaging artworks across a variety of projects.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of our artwork and packaging processes.
  • You will support international projects and work with manufacturing and production sites across Europe.
  • You will contribute to the implementation of modern and forward-looking packaging and artwork solutions within a dynamic and international environment.

Your profile

  • You have a scientific, pharmaceutical, technical, or print-related background.
  • You have a keen interest in artwork, materials and packaging specifications, as well as technical processes.
  • Ideally, you will have some initial experience in artwork management, regulatory affairs or in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the field of packaging.
  • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an advantage.
  • You possess good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You work in a structured, accurate, and reliable manner.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A strong quality mindset and a keen eye for detail complete your profile.
